What does a typical training week look like for you in terms of mileage, workouts, nutrition? Anywhere from 20 to 30 hours on the bike, eggs in the morning and lost of chicken!

Did you have any pro cyclists or other athletes influence you when you started out?
Jame Carney was a big influence on my racing, he taught me how to really race my bike like a Pro.
What do you want to do when you retire as a pro?
Take up our family owned furniture business

Its awesome to see something for a great cause like the 24HoB, the fact that everyday people come out and ride for 24hours just to support a great cause!
Tell us a cool story about cycling, racing, or other interesting tid bit.
One of the best tips I can think of is really eating healthy and having a good diet. It really helped my cycling get to the next level when I started to pay attention to those things.
What is your favorite piece of clothing from Mountain Khakis?
I would have to say the Original Mountain Pant.
